Ridin` with Biden the Waves of Malaise
The worst of the 1970s; the worst of the coming dystopia

Before we get into the latest on Biden, I would like to draw your attention, dear reader, that if you read my origins of Covid letter to you, you were ahead of the mainstream media and their readers in knowing the sinister, but documented source of the virus. Just another reminder, here we are on the cutting edge of the news and what it means.
While we are at it, a quick follow-up to the story of how the US partnered with the Wuhan lab in ratcheting up the infectiousness of bat viruses.
First of all, the former editor of Nature and Science, acclaimed scientific journals, and the New York Times science section, Nicholas Wade, has written up a virtually identical account to mine of the likely origins of Covid. Yes, yes, he beat me by two days, but the man is a fulltime science writer. I am just a guy on the internet.
This august figure has been completely ignored by the majority of the media. Surprise, surprise.
Second, there has been an exception. Tucker Carlson, of Fox News, the most-watched news anchor likely in history, has covered the story in startling fashion, calling for a criminal investigation of Fauci. Carlson is no Fox News boomer hack. He criticizes Republicans just as much as Democrats.
Meanwhile, one US Senator, Rand Paul, who is a doctor himself, an ophthalmologist, asked Fauci himself about the Wuhan funding he authorized:
Fauci misleadingly denies funding gain of function research in Wuhan. Over and over. But then admits he did authorize US funding for the lab, but not for gain of function research.
Now, the US government spending website, an official government resource, has it in black and white that millions were sent to Wuhan by the US government for bat virus research, via a third party, the EcoHealth Alliance.
The EcoHealth Alliance itself records the results of its research in the following way:

Fauci is lying to the world to cover his tracks. We have the receipts. Literally. And now he runs the US response to the mess he created. The wolf is in charge of the hen house.
He recently said that masks will likely stay forever on a seasonal basis - even outdoors. Even though the New York Times admits that the CDC`s data surrounding outdoor transmission is utterly wrong and that its share of the spread is probably only around 0.1 percent or even less. In fact, they cannot even find one single documented case of outdoor transmission, so the number could well be zero.
Meanwhile Biden says it is “a patriotic duty for God`s sake” to wear a mask. Unless you go visit sickly and elderly Jimmy Carter, I guess.
The clouds continue to gather…
On to Biden.
The photo of Biden and Carter is striking in many ways, not just because Carter has turned into an oompa loompa in his old age, but because Biden and Carter were wingmen in the 70s. And seem to be governing with similar results. Although Biden`s regime is far more apocalyptic to say the least.
Under Carter there were gas shortages, high crime, drama in Palestine, high inflation, all summed up in his memorable `malaise` speech, in which he expressed the sense that the energy crisis of the time pointed to a deeper problem:
It is a crisis of confidence.
It is a crisis that strikes at the very heart and soul and spirit of our national will. We can see this crisis in the growing doubt about the meaning of our own lives and in the loss of a unity of purpose for our nation.
The erosion of our confidence in the future is threatening to destroy the social and the political fabric of America.
Look, he was probably right. Actually definitely right. He deserves credit for that. But the sense that he was adrift in pessimism with no energy, figuratively, to take action sunk his presidency.
Biden, despite what you watch on CNN, is in the midst of a similar crisis.
Gas shortages have begun in the US as Biden shuts down gas pipelines and some break down.
Crime skyrocketed after BLM riots.
Unemployment grew recently, contrary to all expectations, and first world trends as lockdowns ease.
Inflation is set to rocket. Gas prices are shooting up. Food prices are shooting up.
Migrant are overwhelming the southern border. There has been a 944% increase in border apprehensions this year. Biden changed rules to allow unaccompanied minors to stay in the country after crossing the border, often with the help of human traffickers. Biden admits people are arriving because they think he is a nice guy. There is nothing nice about incentivizing chaos at your border.
After re-authorizing aid to Hamas, they have begun bombing Israel. Now, I favour a single state solution there. I do not see why Israelis get to have their own ethno-state (although I do admire the fact that both sides unashamedly express loyalty to their own people). But sending aid to Hamas is nuts.
Meanwhile he says nothing about his buddies to the north arresting Christian pastors.
The US is inches away from doing similar things in their own backyard. America is seemingly completely played out.
Of course people will say, this is all Trump`s fault. OK, but imagine this all happened, as it was predicted, in Trump`s first one hundred days. Would Obama have been blamed?
The point to note is that the US, long the bulwark of the West, is heading towards Brazilian governance. Perhaps that could be a good thing - it is not as though the US has been a force for good the past decades, what with invading the world etc. US decline is helping the South African rand after all.
Still, their culture affects us all, and a spirit of malaise is not what the West needs right now. We need energy. And that is fast dissipating.
A closing thought concerning Biden.
His image of being a kindly elder statesman must be set aside.
The man took his wife from his friend, while they were married. For years he shilled for credit card companies, stripping consumers and students of bankruptcy protection.
In public, he has told blue collar workers who challenged him whilst campaigning that they are full of shit, called a woman a lying dog-faced pony soldier, and reminisced about young black kids rubbing his legs in a public swimming pool.
He voted for the Iraq War and supported Obama bombing Libya and Syria too.
Stop for a second, and imagined Trump had done all these things.
Biden is an accelerationist. The US is in decline anyway, but he is helping to push them down the hill. An apt leader for our times. Let`s hope he leaves Russia alone and does not cap it all off by starting a nuclear war.
